Anthony has real estate in his veins. He got his salesperson’s license at age 19, and within a year he was one of Brooklyn’s top-producing agents. At 21, he started his own brokerage, Rapid Realty NYC. That same year, he also made the leap into the world of property investment, buying a mixed-use building with every penny he had to his name. Unable to afford a proper contractor, he hired day laborers and worked right alongside them every day to renovate the building, chasing deals each night so he could continue to pay the workers the next day. The first floor of the building became the original home of Rapid Realty, while the upper two floors became Anthony’s first rental units.

Since that time, both Rapid Realty and his portfolio of investment properties have grown by leaps and bounds, and so has his love of real estate. Over the years he has branched out into different sectors of the industry, including technology, consulting on behalf of other investors, and property development.



From that first mixed-use property in 1998, Anthony’s portfolio of investment properties has grown to over $50 million, including residential and mixed-use buildings throughout key areas of New York City and beyond.

He personally oversees the renovation of each and every one of his properties, and has developed a rich network of top contractors to ensure that the work is done to his standards and within budget. His properties are managed by an experienced staff, including porters and maintenance personnel who have been working with him for over a decade. He utilizes top of the line rental management software to offer his tenants the maximum level of convenience.
